Complete Thunderbolt 4 + Ceph Guide: Setup for Proxmox VE 9

Key contributions from @scyto's work:

add thunderbolt and thunderbolt-net kernel modules (this must be done all nodes - yes i know it can sometimes work withoutm but the thuderbolt-net one has interesting behaviou' so do as i say - add both ;-)
1. nano /etc/modules add modules at bottom of file, one on each line

Decompiled DLL with ILSpy to identify various commands.

Most commands can be found in DDM2._0_UX.CmdBackground.cmdService_DoWork

Write commands can be prefixed with int:command to specify which monitor to send the command to.
