Hi, OP here. This is how I bypassed MDM/DEP on my M2 Macbook Pro with Ventura:
iprofiles.apple.com,mdmenrollment.apple.comanddeviceenrollment.apple.comin my router./etc/hosts:Done. I haven't seen any MDM/DEP requests, even after upgrading to later versions of Ventura.
I have also done some additional stuff, but I don't believe it's necessary:
/usr/libexec/tesladand/usr/libexec/mdmclient, as well as the hosts in pt. 1.
