Install NeoVim on somewhere.

Download nvim-win64.zip from Installing Neovim · neovim/neovim Wiki.
Unarchive the zip file to somewhere. I did under c:\apps\PortableApps\Neovim.
Run Neovim\bin\nvim-qt.exe
If you got below screen, first step is OK!

Where is your vimrc?

I believe it should be under c:\Users(username)\AppData\Local\nvim\init.vim

Setup Python2/3, Ruby, nvm

WIP...

Do `:CheckHealth`

Install Python2/3 portable version from WinPython.

Install vim plugins
